From spearheading the Wynwood BID to fostering collaboration among artists, property owners, and entrepreneurs, Joe's contributions were instrumental in making Wynwood what it is today.
Now, Joe is bringing his expertise to West Palm Beach's NORA neighborhood. NORA West Palm is set to redefine the city's landscape, with its first phase focusing on revitalizing North Railroad Avenue. This ambitious project includes repurposing industrial buildings into vibrant commercial spaces, enhancing the public realm, and creating a dynamic linear park. Scheduled to break ground this May, the project aims to be completed by Q4 of 2023.
Upon completion, North Railroad Avenue will emerge as a bustling, pedestrian-friendly hub featuring top-notch dining, shopping, office spaces, and fitness amenities. It promises to be a standout destination not only for downtown West Palm Beach but for Palm Beach County as a whole.
Looking ahead, future phases of the project will introduce multifamily residences, office spaces, retail outlets, and boutique hotels, further enriching the NORA neighborhood experience.
