On today’s episode, Ross sits down with Garrett Callaghan, recruiting coordinator and assistant baseball coach at UMass Boston (NCAA D3). Coach Callaghan is entering his 2nd season coaching at the collegiate level, fresh off a stellar playing career at both the NCAA Division 3 and 1 levels. His energy and knowledge for the game are obvious, they’re infectious and that’s why he’s coaching at one of the best NCAA Division 3 baseball programs in the country.
