Mark Termini is a Cleveland based multi billion dollar sports attorney, and agent. He is the man behind the groundbreaking contract negotiations on behalf of LeBron James, and many of the clients of Klutch sports. Termini started his agency Termini and Associates in 1986 in Cleveland, Ohio. He held his client, Jim Jackson of Ohio State out for the first 54 games of the 1992 season. but got him a 6 year, 20 million collar deal. That deal seem to shift the paradigm between the leverage players could wield and what teams could handle.
