Mark Armstrong was the TV sports anchor at WTVD in the Triangle from 2004 until 2021, when he decided to make a switch--now he heads up a Wow 1 Day Painting franchise. We talked to him about how changes in the sports media industry factored into his decision to do something different. We also reminisce a bit about reporting on coaching changes, NHL playoff trips and the NC Pro-Am. And of course, Mark tried to tackle SportsChannel8: The Game Show. Will he succeed?
