Happy Thanksgiving to everyone who celebrated! This is a special holiday podcast. Join me as I talk to Karim about some jaw dropping sleep paralysis, astral projection and lucid dreaming experiences.

Sleep paralysis - a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. During these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds up to a few minutes.

Lucid Dreaming- A lucid dream is a type of dream where the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, or environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.

Astral Projection- is a term used in esotericism to describe an intentional out-of-body experience that assumes the existence of a soul called an "astral body" that is separate from the physical body and capable of traveling outside it throughout the universe.
