Friends, Lovers, Listeners. Happy Wednesday, Happy Hump Day and Happy Sex on the Peach Day. Today, we’re going to be talking all about sexual confidence. And, of all the factors that impact our sexual satisfaction, one of the most crucial is our sexual confidence. And that’s not just in regards to recognising our own desirability, but also knowing and believing that what we bring to a sexual encounter will be valued by our sexual partner or partners. And, society doesn’t make it easy for us to be confident - especially women and vulva owners - because it operates in a way that if it continues to belittle our confidence, if it keeps us insecure, then it keeps us where it wants us - easier to manipulate and easier to control. And we aren’t fucking doing that anymore. And so, shame is out, self esteem is in. Just think about how we’re taught from the get go to be embarrassed, ashamed of our sexual prowess to the point that if we have an overnight hook up we’re expected to call the following morning “the walk of shame”, No, we’re flipping the switch.
