Often times we want to change a habit to get a certain outcome. So we focus more on the outcome than we do the behaviors that will change the habit. What if we focus on WHAT we want to achieve? How would that make a habit change easier or harder? What if we focused on WHO we want to become rather than what we want to achieve?
