#243 Curse of Oak Island Money Pit
Manage episode 441922854 series 2783210
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe the Oak Island Money Pit in Nova Scotia, Canada. First discovered in 1795 but also possibly first discovered centuries earlier, this hole has been probed many a time by many a company. Most of those companies went bankrupt and pulled out of the hole. The hole, Daniel’s hole to begin with, had many a log inside. It wasn’t just logs in this hole, there was a mysterious inscribed stone and evidence of past exploration. But was there treasure buried inside and did that treasure once belong to a pirate or explorer who couldn’t reclaim what was once theirs? If so, did they booby trap the hole, or was a curse placed upon the Money Pit? Did seven people need to die before the treasure could be found and if so, how many people have actually died looking for this treasure? All that and more on this week’s file.
