Today on the show, we're talking about our Detroit Tigers, Jim Leyland going into the Hall of Fame, and more as we were joined by some of our great guests. Throughout our entire first hour, we were joined in studio by former Major Leaguer John Vander Wal. During that time, he and Huge gave their thoughts on why the Tigers have been playing decent baseball lately, they gave their opinion on if the Tigers should trade Tarik Skubal before the trade deadline, and talked about expectations for the rest of the season. In our second hour, we were joined by Dan Hasty who is the voice of the West Michigan Whitecaps. He and Huge gave their thoughts on how the Tigers are currently playing, talked about a couple Triple A guys coming up to the Whitecaps, and more. We were then joined by Hall of Fame Beat Writer Tom Gage to talk more about the Tigers. He told us what he likes about this team currently, talked about Jim Leyland getting inducted into the Hall of Fame, and also talked about the book he wrote with Lance Parrish called "The Enchanted Season." In our final hour, we were joined by Brandon Day from Blessyouboys.com to talk more about the Tigers. He and Huge kicked off the conversation talking about what Jim Leyland and what he did for our Tigers, and more. We were then joined by Matt Shepard from X's and Bro's to continue the conversation. Matt gave us his thoughts on how the Tigers have been playing, talked about Leyland getting into the Hall of Fame, gave his opinion on if Skubal gets traded, and more. We wrapped up the show talking with Bill Hobson from Michigan Golf Live. He and Huge talked about Xander Schauffele winning the British Open yesterday, Charlie Woods playing at Oakland Hills, and more.
