Review of the Book "The Norwegian Method" by Brad Culp
Manage episode 460202720 series 2798612
What a great book. "The Norwegian Method" by Brad Culp is not an instruction manual. It does not having training plans. It describes how the Norwegian's are using science to better their training. To understand the principles of what they are doing to make them such great athletes. In this episode, I will discuss some of my takeaways.
