In this episode, I am talking with Sober Blogger and She Recovers recovery coach Kelly Fitzgerald Junco AKA The Sober Senorita. https://sobersenorita.com/ What I love about this episode is that Kelly is right on the cusp os 7 years and her awareness is opening up to new things all the time. This is the magic of long term recovery. Sure after a year, you can see the benefits, and after a few more you have gone through all sorts of ups and downs and continue to hold on tight to sobriety. But this, long term recovery, is about really growing beyond that old, tired Recovering From story and stepping into who you truly are. Kelly is in the midst of this major transformation and recognizing it.
