Today we are joined by Brittney McCallister a nominee for the top realtor under 30. Brittney McCallister joined Keller Williams in 2017 and has been working there ever since. She hired her first assistant in 2019 and another one in 2020 and was able to turn the company into a success around 2022 with 140 closings in total.
She talked about her experiences with her clients, particularly her buyers, and how she is able to build relationships with them, as well as how she creates the value pieces that are relevant to her buyers for them to engage with.
In this interview, she discusses her experiences from her breakpoints to her breakthroughs, how getting an administrator and how it helped her business, as well as the challenges she confronted along the way.
