Team Internet Group PLC (AIM:TIG, OTCQX:TIGXF) CEO Michael Riedl discusses the completion of the acquisition of Shinez, a digital content production and promotion company specialising in listicle-based articles with embedded advertisements. Riedl noted that the acquisition is immediately accretive to earnings, with an expected high single-digit EPS accretion for the year, even before accounting for synergies. He highlighted that Shinez attracts different customer groups early in the decision-making process, which complements Team Internet's existing product suite.
