Our judges are so integral in the justice system’s process and we’re thankful to be in a position where we get to know them beyond the bench. One of those people is Judge Nandi Campbell of the Orleans Parish Criminal District Court.
Not only is she great at her job, but she’s an incredible person that we respect tremendously. We’re excited to talk to her about her role as a judge, her experience learning as a practitioner primarily in criminal defense before she became a judge, and what it’s like being one of 10 siblings and the aunt to 18 nieces and nephews. If you’ve ever wondered what you can do to contribute to our justice system, she’ll explain why each of us is so important as well.
