On today's episode, we get a good mix of coaching advice from a wonderful run coach in the marathon space, and personal anecdotes and stories from his own experiences. My favorite takeaway from this episode is how individual all of our running journey's are and how if you're constantly working towards something, you can never truly be behind. To quote this runner, "No matter what I'm still moving closer to finishing this marathon in a way that is going to be a beautiful experience one way or another"
