Quidest (Dr. Kiki) Sheriff is an Osteopathic Physician and Founder of Doctors Under the Radar, a disruptive mental health startup serving physicians. Dr. Kiki is the host of the Doc U R Podcast, featuring candid conversations destigmatizing physician mental health.

Dr. Kiki is the recipient of numerous awards including the New Jersey State Assembly Honorary Distinction. She is also the Founder and President of the young women's empowerment nonprofit Orthodox GEMS, and Chair of the St. Gabriel’s Ethiopian Orthodox Church Sisterhood. Named 1 of 13 Entrepreneurs to Take You Into 2021 by Black Girl Ventures, her expertise is featured in Wired Magazine and featured on numerous Podcasts.
