Victoria and Marvin McGuire are real estate investors based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and co-founders of Heartsill Capital Partners. Starting their real estate journey in the early 2000s, they transitioned to larger multifamily investments to help people achieve financial freedom and build legacy wealth. Victoria, a seasoned real estate agent since 2005, is an expert in her field, known for educating new investors and hosting the "Living in Tampa" YouTube channel. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Marv, a Navy veteran and former IT sales executive, brings a wealth of experience in building authentic relationships and driving growth. Together, they focus on high-value investments in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas, while raising their four children and enjoying life in Tampa Bay.
