Kyle McKinney is the visionary behind Pentagon Property Academy, an ecosystem comprised of community, education, and mentorship for property owners. Having recently launched in the multifamily space with an emphasis on sound multifamily asset management, Kyle is determined to empower property owners, syndicators, and landlords on how to execute asset management with unparalleled efficiency and impact.

Kyle's illustrious career is a testament to his capabilities. At age 24, he contributed his expertise to top-ranking officials at The Pentagon. By 27, he was a part of the revolutionary realm while working at Apple. Among his most noteworthy achievements stands his C-suite leadership in orchestrating a $700M+ commercial real estate portfolio's exit to a REIT.

Kyle received his B.A. from George Mason University and his MBA from The University of Southern California.
