Prayer is basic and yet confusing. On one hand it is talking to God, simple. On the other hand, it is not unusual to feel intimidated, uncertain, or even wonder why pray in the first place. We are all at different places when it comes to talking to God. Some have only a few quick conversations in their entire history…some seem to have a conversation going on all day all the time.
You know who prays? Everyone. Sooner or later, one way or another we all pray. It could be in a moment of intense desperation and loneliness. It could be an overwhelming feeling of gratitude and joy snapping you into a prayer. Prayer is not reserved for only religious people or super saints. Everyone does it, why not learn how to do it in a way that makes your life richer and more meaningful.
