Ideally, this isn't the episode I'm supposed to put out. Saved somewhere in my device is an hour long interview I had with an INTJ and an ESFJ, however, I believe we were leaving the core. It isn't just about these personality types, it's about what can happen with you when you work around them. Feeding your strengths and starving your weaknesses. Remember when we talk about leadership, we are talking about SELF LEADERSHIP. Do you now know how your personality can affect your ability to grow? To change? To be better? Do you also understand that it isn't just about you, and 'your personality' but it's also about how much of Jesus you can see in your self.
