It takes courage to stand for something that many people let alone an industry, doesn't seem to agree with. But that's what Alison Mirams is doing in construction. She is one of the few CEO's of a tier 1 construction company (now Board of Director, you'll find out why in this episode), and she's not afraid of change.I can't explain to you guys how hard I fan gurled when I had this conversation with Alison.
