Marbella Old Town, Reiki and Watermelon Salad

In this week's episode Hannah shares her first ever Reiki experience. It was with Reiki practioner Sandra who is based in Estepona @studioinnerbalance
PJ talks about his favourite watermelon salad, a regular dinner throughout the summer.
Ingredients: Diced watermelon, diced cucumber, sliced chilli, chopped fresh mint, sliced red or white onion, juice of half a lime, glug of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Hannah & PJ also discuss a series that was very emotional called The Long Shadow which was about the Yorkshire Ripper. They recall some poignant moments and the sexism that was prolific at the time.
There were two stories of interest from the Sur in English this week. The first was about an event at La Cala de Mijas on Labour Day bank holiday on 1st May where there will be 700 kilos for skewered sardines (espetos) for visitors to enjoy free of charge.

Finally they speak about their trip to the Old Town in Marbella where PJ bumped into a former colleague who had just opened a cheesecake boutique called Dulce Safari (@dulcesafari) and their diversion on the way home via The Hogan Stand where they caught the final set of BUA @colmfitzpatrickmusic
