The Minnesota Wild failed to grab a critical second point as they fell 5-4 in overtime to the St. Louis Blues on Saturday at Xcel Energy Center. The Wild fell behind 1-0 heading into the second period, before Marcus Johansson scored is 10th goal of the season to tie the score at 1-1. Marco Rossi scored his 19th goal of the season midway through to give the Wild a 2-1 lead. Jordan Kyrou scored to tie the score at 2-2 before Marco Rossi scored his second goal of the game to give the Wild a 3-2 lead. Jordan Kyrou scored two straight goals to give the Blues a 4-3 lead. Brock Faber tied the score with his 7th goal of the season to make it 4-4, but Brandon Saad won the game in OT with his 22nd goal. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 22 of 27 shots for the loss. The Wild are now 4 points behind Vegas and are off until Thursday when they host San Jose.
