It is sad - and yes, scary - to see so much fear and hostility in the world right now. And so much focus on it
With all the challenges facing us as a global community - the covid pandemic, climate change, economic challenges, and more – surely this is the time to accept and support each other as human beings?
When faced with situations of this kind of magnitude, it's easy to feel hopeless. To ask ourselves "what can I possibly do, to make a difference?"
That is actually a really powerful question.
From my perspective, changing the tide starts with cultivating an attitude of love and acceptance. And all of us have the power to do that.
Love, compassion, and kindness towards others are an important part of what it is to be human and enable us to improve life for ourselves, those around us, and all of humanity.
In this episode, I share with you more about the power of love ... and what are some of the practical things we can each do to "turn the tide" and help make the world a more loving and accepting place.
It all starts with each and every one of us!
