When was the last time you engaged 100% in play?
I don’t know about you, but somehow as I grew up I adopted a set of beliefs that play is for kids.
That "if it’s fun it’s not real work” and somehow not valuable.
And that spending time in play, just for the fun of it, was somehow “irresponsible”
How very untrue!
A lot of research has shown that play is an important part of life, and of wellbeing - not just when we are young but right through life.
