Slow is the opposite of what our world promotes. Add on a bit of trauma, limiting beliefs or veils, and it can be hard to grasp why slowing it down would enable us to receive more. Well, as a “soul mate medium” would tell me, “He can’t find you.” My energy was too frantic. Mentally, I was too all over the place. In this episode I share why relaxation, rest and unwinding need to come first, how this brought more clients, opportunities and money my way, and the most important part - enjoying the dance with the Universe/God/Goddess/Source because as the last few years have shown me, we are not in control. Yes, we are powerful, magical and abundant, but the Universe is always 4-5 steps ahead. And it works in mysterious ways. There are always more pieces than what we can see. So… how much can you trust? How much can you surrender? How much can you enjoy the dance and, of course, slow it down. Slow is soft, sacred, simple, sustainable, spacious, sensual, safe. Slow is medicine.
