HEY Y’ALL! And welcome to our new listeners in India and the Philippines! We're so happy you're here!

The universe is talking to us all the time. Do you know how to listen?!

In meditation—listen to the inspired thoughts/not the negative ones/the “monkey mind.”

With closed doors—how do we know when we are meant to keep pushing and when to stop?

Our #subtlechangeprofoundimpact for this week is:
Reframe your anxious thoughts—see things working out peacefully and win/win. When you’re in a positive mind space, you can start hearing the inspiration and signs from the universe. Meditation is a great place to start.

The 75 Medium Challenge is:

  1. Follow a diet—Dena + Ashley are doing: Vegan, gluten-free, no sugar (start with where you are…do what you can). Read labels, y’all…that damn sugar is in EVERYTHING, and part of what makes certain foods so addictive. Problem is…all that sugar feeds candida in your gut, leading to a slew of potential health problems. So what can you do? You can starve it of what it wants, and it will die off!
  2. At least 1x45 min workout a day. We’ve started alternating 10k steps a day (a little longer than 45 mins, but good!), with a day of yoga.
  3. Meditate at least 10 minutes a day.
  4. No alcohol or cheat meals.
  5. Drink a half a gallon of water a day.
  6. Read 5 pages of a self-help book.
  7. Take a progress picture each day and save them to review at the end.
