After hearing that the NHS is rolling out weight loss injections, it got me to thinking. Instead of treating the symptom, why aren't we treating the cause? These pens cost £179 for 4 weeks (google search). That's £2327 for the year. For about half the price, you could have 3 small group PT sessions a week, access to a proven program to improve nutrition and build some muscle, plus access to a qualified NHS nutritionist for a year.
