In life, no two things are created equal. Collaborating with a realtor as an investor is no different. As a real estate investor, you need to ensure that your realtor can not only find you properties but will function as a partner to ensure that they are sending you properties that fit your business needs. In this episode, we had the pleasure of having our first realtor, Gary Doyle as our guest. We have learned a lot working with Gary over the years and have been able to generate some nice profits. About Gary Doyle

Since the age of 16 years old I have worked my way up in the Food Industry (A&P / Food Basics) as a Corporate Manager at the age of 20 years old to eventually Owner of one of the top Franchises of the Company. During my 25 years in the Retail Grocery Business, I have learned and developed business skills that have accelerated my transition into the world of Real Estate. In Retail you learn early on that it is all about Customer Service and working hard to meet and exceed Customer wants and needs. When you have the Customer/Clients best interests as your focus you can then use your communication, marketing, business analysis and negotiation skills to help Clients best achieve what is important to them.
