4:20 pm Harris is the largest County in the state and has a huge number of crime cases, though recent data suggests that it has fallen this year by 6 per cent. As the head of the law enforcement division, District Attorney Kim Ogg has dealt with a huge but overburdened staff, COVID plagued courts and a reduced budget but still managed to reduce the case load. She is seeking re-election and joins us today to talk about the issues in the race.
