Realize that Comparison is a Constant Thing
Whether you like it or not, there's always going to be a comparison. It’s not just the comparison with others, but also the comparison with yourself. Maybe there’s a skill that you can no longer do, or a change in your physique that makes you think that you were better in the past. It’s easy to get lost in the spiral of self-deprecation if you don't start with acceptance.
Comparison is an inevitable part of life and a never-ending journey. So the first step you can do is to accept comparison and start changing your perspective.
