***** 🚩About My Guest: Dr. Christopher Wlezien is a professor of government in the University of Texas at Austin, with research focus in public opinion, elections, mass media, research methods and other related subjects. He is a Principal Investigator of Datasets on Polls and the Timeline of Elections, a quite impressive research project into polling history that we discuss in this interview.
He is the author and co-author of many books, including the following:
- Information and Democracy (Communication, Society and Politics),
- Who Gets Represented?,
- The Future of Election Studies,
- Degrees of Democracy: Politics, Public Opinion, and Policy,
- The Timeline of Presidential Elections - How Campaigns Do (and Do Not) Matter, a book that we discuss in this interview
