Sarah discusses her journey into fitness and wellness which has involved numerous challenges. Her journey started in 2003 when she was infected with necrotizing fasciitis, a serious flesh eating bacterial infection, which nearly killed her.
Sarah also discusses her new challenges as mother and how that has impacted her fitness. Being a mother has forced her to change her perspective on fitness and wellness, making it a primary focus in her life.
Sarah Kelbel is a trainer, coach and the owner of Phoenix Training in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
