This is the question Tampa General Hospital (TGH) — one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems — found itself asking. In the throes of a merger, TGH needed to find a way to quickly implement HR service delivery (HRSD) on the ServiceNow® platform and get all of its employees onboarded and trained in the system without interrupting patient care.
