Surf Air Mobility ($SRFM) and Electra aero Join Forces to Bring Sustainable eSTOL Aircraft to Market

Surf Air Mobility (NYSE: SRFM), a leading developer of sustainable aviation solutions, and Electra.aero have partnered to introduce affordable, sustainable regional air travel. The companies will leverage Electra’s hybrid-electric short takeoff and landing (eSTOL) aircraft on Surf Air’s technology-driven, on-demand air mobility platform.

Surf Air has secured 90 Electra eSTOL aircraft for early delivery, for integration into the Surf Air national flight network. The collaboration includes joint development of route networks, with Surf Air as the preferred lessor of Electra eSTOL aircraft. The partnership also involves collaboration on predictive analytics systems to enhance operational efficiency. This initiative aims to make regional air transportation accessible beyond traditional airports, serving a wider customer base.
