This week, Tony Nash is joined by Daniel Horgan is a US Air Force veteran, former police detective, and marketing expert. Dan is the former director of marketing operations for Black Rifle Coffee Company and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of ARMED FORCES BREWING COMPANY, both are veteran-owned businesses. He is passionate about problem-solving and stablishing strong consumer relationships.

You will learn about the 3Ps (Professional, Polite, and Positive) of the reliability factor, how being reliable and having a reliable workforce is your most valuable resource as it allows you to take opportunities to scale your business and help you develop professionally.

As a result, you will also learn why it is much more important that you under promise and over deliver than the opposite.
