Manage episode 303441124 series 2988386
This week's episode dives deep into my childhood, how I wasn't born with the "organized gene", and how I've adapted over the years to my undiagnosed ADHD, which was later of course diagnosed at age 22. See what parts of you you find in my story, and how so much of what I teach now comes from a multitude of different areas and struggles and different experiences I've had throughout the years.
We don't come out of the womb "being an organized person". It's cultivated over time with effort + experimentation, and lots of failing, accompanied with lots of learning. But that's good news! Because you didn't miss out on the "organized gene" (p.s. that doesn't even exist), and you CAN become the most organized and best version of yourself, no special gene required. Just a willingness to learn, experiment, and test a bunch of shit to see what works. That's it y'all! See you inside.
