Today's episode is something that I struggle with even to this date. It's not just me, but as women we were practically born tearing ourselves apart comparing ourselves to other women. It started with TV, Magazines, Hollywood Movies, and now we are here at the age of Social Media. We wake up in the morning, roll out of bed and the first thing we see on our feeds is perfection - then you look in the mirror and don't see that same thing.
