How To Optimize Sleep To Improve Your Fertility

Justine Altman joins us today as we’re digging into why sleep matters if you are TTC.
It's day #2 of our fertility series. Be sure to check out yesterday's episode on diet so that you know which diet is right for you.
We work with our clients for months on sleep.
It is the cornerstone of good health and crucial to optimize fertility.
If your sleep is poor this is a HUGE clue to dig deeper.
So if your sleep is not optimal it’s time to prioritize sleep so that you can balance your hormones and restore your fertility.
Justine is part of my team here at Fab Fertile. She is an integral part of our Couples Coaching program - which uses functional lab testing, diet, and lifestyle changes to dramatically improve conception.
