Hey y’all! Let’s talk about home births. This week on "Full of Shift," we’re diving into OUR HOME BIRTH SHIFT. Honestly, this is one of our favorite topics these days, right next to our family’s poop schedules—which, yes, we also cover at the top of this episode. We've been dreaming of birthing at home since 2006, and after a rollercoaster of ups and downs, that dream became a reality in March 2023. This is our story. We’ll delve into our decision, our process, our birth team, our tent, and the birth itself. Releasing this episode feels extra special as we are currently prepping our home in Florida for our second home birth, God willing. And this podcast? It feels extra extra special because this too is like a birthing in and of itself. Let’s get into this shift.
