There is so much positivity, good energy, and good fortune available to us. A self-defeating thought is a thought that does not help you in your quest. The odds are in your favor, and you have to believe that you are worthy of at least trying. There's nothing wrong with losing, failure, risk, and learning from the experience. The problem is when we don't allow ourselves to put ourselves out there. We have to break away from getting stuck on ideas, worrying, validation, and what others love and hate. We have to allow ourselves to be free from that, and we must give ourselves the freedom that we deserve. The universe is beautiful, and it will work for you, but you need to work for yourself. How Do We Do It: 1. Allow yourself to feel that you are worthy. Investigate the thoughts that you have; sit still and ask: where did these thoughts come from? No shame, no judgment, just self-awareness, and honesty. What is the source of those thoughts? 2. Identify the thought: I have a self-defeating idea around money, which comes from something my mother or father told me when I was young. Cool, we've found the source. Is that your voice? Is that what you want to continue to believe? Do you want to continue to choose your limitations? 3. What would my life feel like if I didn't get value to this self-defeating thought? Would your relationship get better? More love? More money? More connection? Better parenting skills? More life enjoyment? Less critical voice? I believe all of this is available to you if you ask, "what would my life be like if I allowed myself to get rid of these thoughts?" Your soul wants to be free from them; it needs you to be free; it requires you to imagine what your life will look like once you get rid of the self-defeating thoughts. Do not shame the image. You can get the glutes, the swole back muscles, the bank account, the peace of mind, the calmness. Nobody Can Judge What You Desire: I am not here to judge what you desire; I am here to tell you that you are worthy of it, but you have to choose that. I don't get in the business of telling people that their goals are silly or stupid, and you shouldn't listen to others who try to convince you. I want you to go for it; however, I want you to get rid of your self-defeating thoughts. There are so many good songs that never get recorded because singer-songwriters are comparing themselves to Beyonce – stop it. You do not have to compare your journey to anyone, this is your life, and you have to make choices at this moment. Many people want to launch a course, but they don't because of who else is out there, imposter syndrome, overthinking, and worrying about who will hate it or love it (this cannot be our focus). Your guide has to come inward, and you need to focus on why your soul is being called to it and not the validation aspects. The fire inside of you is begging to be ignited, to engulf you so that you can sear this earth. My friend, you don't have time. You do not know how much longer you will have on this earth. Permit yourself to go after exactly what you desire. You do not need permission from your mother or father; you don't need your "followers" to approve of you. The fire inside you has to burn; it needs to burn; it requires you to bring the materials together so you can go! Please take action today towards what you want, what you deserve, and allow yourself to feel worthy of it at this moment.
