Today, we look at our Biblical prayers.

There are precepts and commands covering prayer, the grammar of prayer we sometimes call it, but what of the tenor, or mood, or the affections that characterize our prayers?

Our So What?

Our prayers should be flavored with the Holy Ghost, and we humbly submit we might begin by flavoring our prayers with:

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. 24Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires."

Galatians 5:22-24

Keep in mind that we concentrate on God's will for us, the eternal cause for which we have been destined.
