Owns and operates a demolition company.
BUSY dad and husband...
Works a lot of hard hours, day in and day out.
Was extremely out of shape, huffing and puffing, belly hanging out, embarrassed because he looked like a "sloppy" dude.
Not being active with his kids.
His typical day was...
-get up and go to work
-come home from a long day of work tired, crack some beers, eat some pizza
-rinse and repeat
