Michael Scanlon is a seasoned real estate investor and advisor, with an $8 million property portfolio built from the ground up. Raised on Chicago’s south side in a hardworking family, he began his career early, saving his earnings from umpiring softball games to invest in sports cards and gold coins. Inspired by his mother’s resilience, Michael earned a degree, worked with children with autism in the U.S. and Australia, and developed a national curriculum for autism preschools abroad.

After returning to the U.S. in 2016, Michael pursued an MBA and paid off substantial student debt through modeling and acting. In 2019, he shifted to real estate, purchasing his first property with limited funds but quickly scaling his investments. Today, he draws on his finance expertise and personal experience to advise clients on property investments, embodying his core values of resilience and long-term growth.
