On this week's episode, Glenn sits down with Jamie Parker, a five-time ICON agent out of Atlanta, Georgia. Join in as they discuss the value of providing consumers excellent customer service.

Jamie Parker, from Atlanta, GA brings 17 years of experience in helping his clients sell, buy, or invest in real estate. Jamie has been a member of the Agent Leadership Council while at Keller Williams and is now a 5x ICON agent, trainer, and mentor agent with eXp Realty. He has averaged 50 transactions a year as a solo agent for the last 8 years and sold 75 million dollars in real estate in 2019-23. He was recently featured on the cover of Top Agent magazine as well as being spotlighted in Shout Out Atlanta, Atlanta Real Producers, and Atlanta Voyager. He was also featured on an episode of The Negotiator's reality TV show and filmed two episodes of HGTV House Hunters that aired in 2023. Jamie also recently wrote and released his first book, "21 Days to Surrender." Before real estate, he was an orchestra teacher. Jamie taught music in the Metro Atlanta area schools for more than 17 years and holds three degrees in education from Georgia State and the University of Georgia. He currently volunteers in the music ministry at his church and is on the board of directors for Camp Swamp and Hope Dealers.
