How is YOUR relationship with FOOD?

Do you count calories endlessly? Are you constantly cutting out carbs or doing those “elimination diets” hoping to lose extra pounds? Do you know how much water you’re drinking each day or even how often you poop? How about your workout schedule? Do you even work out at all?

Well, it’s all part of HEALTH AND WELLNESS! This is so important and that’s why I have Nikki Levine (Nikki Wellness) on the podcast today! Nikki is a certified health coach, personal trainer, single mom of 3, and total former junk-food junkie turned wellness warrior. She received her Undergrad degree in Communication from Tulane which serves her well because she loves to communicate—and help others get out of the “diet mentality” and live their most balanced lives!
