If you’re new to owning power tools, and can only make one purchase, I suggest a Jigsaw. If you think you’re going to want to make larger projects, go for the Sliding compound miter saw and have the big box store cut your larger sheet goods for you.

This weeks guest was Jeanie Emmert from Create and Babble. Jeanie talks about building a Farmhouse Table that she uses in her fabulous craft room, and a sweet armoire that she built for her granddaughter. Jeanie shares a story about her first experience with a saw, and how she overcame her fear of power tools.
