NYT did not know what they were talking about. Communism taught women to "Dream Big" to be better slaves to serve Mao's regime: • women were forced to wear unisex clothing and hair style • women were forced to work 6 days a week on the farm or in the state factories • women were sent to labor camp if you were a " black family" member or a dissident, abused, raped or tortured • Estimated 65 million Chinese died of starvation and were murdered under Mao, half of them were women • women had no privacy, any officials or cops could come to their homes unannounced • mothers were forced to send their children to countryside to be reeducated by peasants • women were forced to have abortions after the Cultural Revolution under "one child" policy The list goes on and on. Communism is evil and has no respect to human life and women. Why would people in America today still try to down play the horrors of Communism?
