It is an important component of Earth’s climate system Their findings suggest that the AMOC could collapse within this century, earlier than reports made by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and would be a tipping point for disastrous effects on weather patterns, ecosystems, and food security. Music: In Love With This Place // Jess Ribeiro – The Environmental Music Prize I’m in love with this place, if I could show you your heart would change.WHY I WROTE THIS SONGBummed out by the current state of the world I sat by the water and imagined politicians “doing time” in nature. Imagine if no decisions could be made until you had spent time consulting with the natural world. I feel like the people in charge of our planet are disconnected. If they entered deeply into a sincere relationship with nature, they would start making thoughtful and lasting choices.
