When Dan cam over in May, we knew he'd need to come back to wrap up his career. We also took a deep dive into EMDR therapy, which Dan said literally saved his life.
I feel I enjoyed this episode more than his first and the message within the message is definitely one that every first responder needs to hear. There is help out there, you aren't alone, asking for help is courageous and not a sign of weakness.
